What You’ll Do
As a leader in our community, you will :
Inspire Excellence : Plan, organize, and lead the Nursing Service Department to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.Build Strong Teams : Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of nurses and caregivers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.Champion Resident Care : Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, top-notch services that prioritize the dignity and well-being of every resident.Drive Innovation : Evaluate and enhance nursing programs, policies, and procedures to meet and exceed state and federal standards.Lead with Heart : Engage directly with residents, families, and staff to resolve concerns, promote safety, and maintain an environment of trust and integrity.What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is :
A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license in the state.Armed with a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.Experienced – with at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings like hospitals or nursing homes.Knowledgeable about medical practices, long-term care regulations, and infection control protocols.Certified in CPR and ready to lead with a hands-on approach.Why You’ll Love It Here
