Environmental Services Tech – EVS – Summer Employment (Limited Term)
Looking for summer employment and have an interest in healthcare? Sauk Prairie Healthcare is recruiting students or others seeking limited-term employment. Summer employment options available for 11 weeks starting in May or June. Monday to Friday, up to 30 hours per week, hours between 8:00am to 3:30pm.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Tech to:
- Monitor and manage waste and soiled linen from OR.
- Operate floor and carpet cleaning machines.
- Perform other EVS duties such as dusting, disinfecting, and assisting EVS staff.
- Be aware of Safety Data Sheets information for all EVS areas.
- Know all safety codes, i.e. fire, tornado, disaster, blackout, security breach, etc.
- Be knowledgeable of all chemicals, disinfectants, equipment, supplies and the appropriate use in all areas of the hospital and clinics.

Education Experience :
Required – Ability to read, write and speak English to perform the job duties
Work Experience :
Preferred – Experience in a similar situation
Hourly Rate : $17.69/hour
Sauk Prairie Healthcare’s Locations – Sauk Prairie Healthcare has locations across southwest Wisconsin. Our Hospital Campus, Wellspring Campus and 3 surgical specialty practices are located in Prairie du Sac. Our primary care clinics are located in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green, Prairie du Sac, and Lodi.
