Job Title: Trauma Care Nurse Leader

The Trauma Care Nurse Leader is a registered nurse responsible for providing expert care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care, utilizing advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs.
• Coordinates and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Develops and implements evidence-based practices, promoting quality improvement and patient safety.
• Mentors and educates nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of critical care or trauma nursing experience, with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
