Essential Functions:
1. Assist with preparation of menu products
2. Responsible for food safety, sanitation, and security
3. Participate in daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and areas
4. Customer serving
5. Computer cashiering when assigned
6. Participate in training and attend departmental meetings
7. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
8. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. ServSafe Certification required within six (6) months
3. Obtain training and other job related certifications as required
4. Experience with food preparation
5. Experience with sanitation and product receiving
6. Ability to complete job duties and communicate appropriately in a noisy environment
