**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Director of Human Resources, Athletic Trainer, Adjunct CNA, Adjunct Welding Faculty, Adjunct HVAC Faculty, and Peer Mentor Lead Facilitator.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The following qualifications are required for each position:
- Director of Human Resources: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in human resources or related field. Five to six years of experience in human resources or related experience required.
- Athletic Trainer: Board Certified (BOC) as an Athletic Trainer, eligible for State of Illinois athletic training licensure, current CPR/AED, valid driver's license, and two (2) years of prior experience as an athletic trainer or graduate assistant required. Master's degree in Athletic training or related field preferred.
- Adjunct CNA: Current license as a Registered Nurse (or eligibility for license) in Illinois, two (2) years of experience, Train the Trainer, and an approved evaluator certification or MSN and approved evaluator certification required.
- Adjunct Welding Faculty: Extensive experience in one or all of the following: TIG, MIG, Industrial MIG, Shielded Metal Arc (Stick), and/or robotic welding. Welding certificate required. Five years welding experience in lieu of certificate.
- Adjunct HVAC Faculty: High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 2,000 hours of HVAC experience required.
- Peer Mentor Lead Facilitator: High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working with peer mentors/mentees preferred.
