What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Patent Litigation position at Saul Ewing LLP?
Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing Intellectual Property associate to join our growing team in one of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, Philadelphia, or Washington DC.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of patent litigation experience as well as a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- BSEE/BSME preferred.
- A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Candidate should have experience in taking and/or defending depositions, brief writing, and oral motion practice before the courts.
- Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
- The anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 – $225,000.
