Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our Health Division team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with tribal laws, regulations, and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to human resources, ensuring compliance with tribal laws, regulations, and standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and supervisors on human resources-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and performance management.
- Analyze and resolve complex human resources issues, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with tribal laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with tribal employees, management, and external stakeholders, promoting positive communications and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; five years of demonstrated ability in relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
- Three years of experience working in the Human Resources field is required. Three years of experience investigating and resolving EEO complaints is required.
- FMLA Administration Certification preferred.
