POSITION SUMMARY: The position, under the direction of the Child Placement Program Director, is responsible for day-to-day office operations. This includes system control of all Child Welfare operations and sites. The incumbent oversees upkeep of program records and policy to ensure consistency with program guidelines.

- Facilitates department processes and updates systems. Establishes uniform correspondence procedures, formulates record retention policies, and organizes office operations.
- Reviews operating practices and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluates and recommends department systems.
- Composes program or departmental procedures.
- Orders and distributes office supplies and equipment.
- Maintains vehicle repair logs and schedules.
- Greets customers, visitors, and answers phones.
- Coordinates building repairs with vendors.
- Assists with data reporting requirements and performs basic bookkeeping functions.
- Researches and compiles data for departmental reports and special projects.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
