Textile Craft Artisan
SaunaSpace is seeking an addition to the Textiles Department within our craft artisan team. We’re looking for someone who exhibits a positive attitude, enjoys learning new things, obtains a strong work ethic and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. This role is essential to supporting our growing operation and provides a meaningful contribution to our production process.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

*Formal training and instruction will be provided.
- Operate and maintain small tools/equipment while focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspection of finished products.
- Lift/manipulate up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Stand for up to eight hours at a time.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
Position within the Textiles Department. This role will be routinely working with fabric and raw materials such as canvas and bamboo. This includes (but is not limited to):
- pulling/layering fabric
- tracing out templates
- cutting fabric with electric shears
- marking/prepping materials for our sewing team
*Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable nature, able to flow with changing production needs and protocols.
- Ability to follow instructions and template patterns.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring company specifications and needs are met.
- Maintain efficiency without sacrificing attention to detail.
