Pay Range (based on experience and needs)

• $24.50-$37.56/hr

General Purpose

• A Laborer Concrete Finisher will place and finish large concrete flatwork placements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Vibrating and mucking fresh concrete.
• Pulling concrete pump hose.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Striking off concrete.
• Straightening and leveling surface with use of hand tools (including bullfloat, hand float, and trowel.)
• Finishing the surface with finishing broom or power troweling equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

• Education: No specific requirements.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site, where the employee must wear all company or project required personal protective equipment (PPE), regularly work in outside weather conditions, walk on uneven ground, be aware of close moving mechanical parts, perform in high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and the risk of electric shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
