Experienced Maintenance Tech Needed - Must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and reliable personal transportation. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be hard working, energetic, with an excellent work ethic. Responsibilities include general property maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning etc.
