For CNA who want a flexible schedule we offer a pool or per diem program at a competitive hourly rate. The minimum schedule required for a Pool CNA is two weekend shifts and one weekday shift. The shifts can be on the 7-3 : 30 PM, 3-1l : 30 PM or 11-7 : 30 AM shifts.
