Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Wynnewood, PA, is now hiring Part-time and Full-time CNA for our new Weekend Program!
We offer :
- $4.00 per hour differential for fulfilling your weekend shifts
- Base hourly rate based on years of certification
- $3,000.00 sign-on bonus for Full-time CNA and a prorated sign-on bonus for Part-time CNA
- Shift Differentials Monday through Friday for 3-11 : 30PM and 11-7 : 30 AM shifts

- Convenient to the Route 105 and G bus routes
Weekend Program Description :
Commit to working every weekend weekend shifts considered for the $4.00 differential start 3 : 00 PM Friday and end 7 : 30 AM on Monday
May pre-schedule 4 weekends per year off (that’s 1 weekend per quarter) and continue to meet program requirements
CNA in the Weekend Program will receive a BASE rate plus a generous weekend differential for weekend hours worked. Must work your full shift.
Hours worked outside of the Weekend Program will be paid the standard shift differential.
Option for additional pay in lieu differential for eligible employees who opt out of benefits.
8 and 16 hour shifts available.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day.
As an CNA you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including :
- Ensure that our patients / residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service
- Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients' / residents' needs and rights
- Assist with providing clinical care as directed
Required qualifications :
- Graduate of approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program.
- Previous experience as an CNA in an acute care / long term care setting is desirable.
- Current certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania.
