We are hiring a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to become part of our team. Responsibilities
Collecting, organizing, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
Researching to gather missing information for incomplete documents and materials.
Converting physical documents or dictation into digital formats.
Verifying the accuracy of documents and information and reporting any discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
Entering data into digital databases and conducting regular backups to ensure data integrity.
Updating and maintaining records, databases, archives, and filing systems.
Reviewing databases regularly and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Creating and exporting reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
Performing general clerical tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, scanning, and printing as necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.
Proficient in data entry tools and office software, including MS Office and Google Suite.
Skilled in managing and processing large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
Solid understanding of databases and both digital and physical filing systems.
Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
