We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Presser to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate pressing machines to remove wrinkles and creases from garments.
- Inspect garments for quality assurance before and after pressing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding garment care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of garments in accordance with customer demands.
- Assist in the laundering process as needed, including sorting and folding clean items for delivery or pickup.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required.
