Sav-Rx is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening at our 224 N Park Ave location in Fremont. A successful candidate for this position will be organized, detail-orientated, flexible, self-directed, able to multi-task effectively, and appropriately manage and interact with other members of the pharmacy team.

Role and Responsibilities
· Assist Customer Service with Pharmacy/Coupon questions and benefits investigations
· Assist members in getting financial assistance for their medications
· Performs under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, a variety of routine and advanced technical duties related to preparing and dispensing medications.
· Retrieves and interprets medication orders; performs pharmaceutical calculations; enters medication orders into pharmacy computer system for pharmacist’s review.
· Manage delivery setup of prescriptions.
· Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician meeting Nebraska Registration requirements and appropriate Nebraska approved Pharmacy Technician Certification.
· One (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred.
· Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
· Overtime may be required with limited notice.
· Detail orientated.
