Commercial-Industrial Project Coordinator
Title: Commercial-Industrial Project Coordinator
Department: Project Management/Estimating
General Summary
This position will primarily serve as project management and administrative support for the Commercial/Industrial construction department.
Essential Job Functions and Duties
- Handle clerical projects for, estimators/project managers and foremen.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, retrieving and distributing faxes.
- Downloading project bid documents and creating digital job folders for the projects.
- Checking estimating sheets for errors from the estimators.
- Preparing bid proposals from the Estimators.
- Prepare or obtain incidental requirements for bid proposals.
- Scan daily material tickets into cloud-based storage.
- Handle correspondence with the Union Hall.
- Update vacation requests for field employees on the company shared calendar.
- Work on compiling and submitting Submittal books and Operation and Maintenance manuals for projects.
- All other duties as assigned

- Plumbing and Mechanical knowledge a plus
- Safety/OSHA knowledge preferred
- Willing to learn about plumbing and mechanical systems if not experienced.
- High school Diploma/GED or higher education
Language Skills
- Ability to write/type business related documents
- Ability to speak read and write fluently in English
Computer Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Bluebeam or other pdf viewing/editing program software experience a plus
Work Hours
- Monday – Friday (except company holidays)
- 8 am – 5pm approximately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
