The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support website performance through SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising. This role works across Savage Arms and Pure Archery Group (Bowtech) brands to ensure consistent messaging and aligned digital strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement and growth. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter and team player who is willing to lead on multiple initiatives and jump in wherever the team needs support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Email Management
Develop and execute email campaigns, including segmentation and automated journeys. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with seasons, product launches, and brand initiatives. Ensure linked content is live to drive web traffic. Monitor and report on key performance metrics monthly, using data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and overall strategy for improved results.
Search Engine Optimization
Optimize website content by writing compelling page titles and meta descriptions, identifying high-value keywords, and recommending site improvements based on SEO best practices. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.
Digital Advertising
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with executing digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, monitoring performance, and reporting on key metrics. Optimize ad spend, refine targeting strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
Website Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics, including traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations to improve website effectiveness, enhance user experience, and drive key business objectives. Bring forth recommendations based on analytics to improve content performance, fan growth, and engagement.
Content Planning
Create and manage engaging social content and blog articles to support strategy and grow brand awareness. Coordinate with teams to identify content gaps, maintain calendars, and schedule posts aligned with brand voice. Support website updates in the CMS, ensuring product pages, blogs, and marketing materials remain accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, social media planning, marketing, or project management
- Must be skilled in clear communication across multiple channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Hunting/Shooting/Outdoor Industry experience preferred
