Find out why we're celebrating our 8th straight year on The Blade’s Top Workplace List! An advisor at Savage & Associates is looking for a full time Business Operations Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients, manage day to day client service and interface with the advisor. Primary daily functions will vary day to day- but general duties include answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, calendar management, document review, CRM management, supporting the investment account opening process with accurate paperwork execution, and also overseeing the life insurance application process. Other meeting prep and follow up will be assigned as necessary.
