Position Summary:
Savage III, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Support Associate to support the operational efficiency of our 24-hour security fleet. This role is essential for ensuring vehicles are maintained, refueled, and shuttled promptly to meet the demands of our clientele. The Fleet Support Associate will play a critical part in upholding the readiness and reliability of our fleet, enabling our security team to deliver seamless services to high-profile clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate vehicle needs, address logistical challenges, and work collaboratively with the Fleet Manager and other team members to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of their work. This position will report out of our San Dimas, CA office.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Shuttle vehicles between locations, including service centers, fuel stations, and operational sites.
- Perform basic vehicle checks such as inspecting fuel levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness before and after use.
- Ensure all vehicles are ready and available for scheduled operations.
- Maintain a log of vehicle movements and document any observed issues.
- Coordinate with the Fleet Manager and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
