Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and reconcile AR reports, aging reports, and account statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in an accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• BA Degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing industries is a plus.
