- Unload pipe from railcars and load trucks
- Operate or move equipment around the yard and shop
- Assist leadership with other assignments as required
- Deliver pipe to well locations with the Clean and Drift Pipe Inspectors
- Professional interaction and collaboration with other Savage Team Members and customers
- Work any shift, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
- Experience in operation of Pettibone, front-end loaders, material handler, and other equipment are a plus
- Read, write, and understand English, follow written and/or verbal instruction, and possess basic math and computer skills
- Able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors(s), adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules
- Reliable, honest and demonstrate integrity while working with a sense of urgency
- High School or GED
- 2-5 years of oil field experience preferred, but not required
- Work in adverse conditions (heat and cold)
- Handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment
- Climb on and off the equipment
- Lift 50 lbs. or more independently
