- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial roles, from intake to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategies
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referral programs, and local outreach
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication throughout the process
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience while maintaining communication and transparency
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and pipeline activity in Dayforce (our Applicant Tracking System)
- Attend job fairs, community events, and partner with local workforce centers or vocational programs to drive outreach
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies, including DOT regulations when applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting function
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Friendly, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within industrial, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environments
- PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
- Familiarity with DOT-regulated hiring and safety-sensitive positions is a plus
- Work is sedentary in a field office environment
- Hybrid with intent to move to 100% in office
- Some overnight travel may be required
- 10-15% travel
