What You’ll Be Doing :
Organize and implement a truck cleanliness program, ensuring vehicles adhere to a structured wash schedule, both interior an exterior
Perform general custodial duties around the maintenance shop or yard if needed, including sweeping, organizing parts, and maintaining overall cleanliness
What You’ll Need :
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in a maintenance shop or industrial environment preferred, but not required
Previous truck washing experience is a plus
Commitment to safety and operational awareness
Strong attention to detail and willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed
Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills for following verbal and written instructions
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Stable work history
Physical Requirements :
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, freezing temperatures, rain, and snow
Frequent work in an industrial maintenance shop and outdoor environments
Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs, and climb on and off equipment
Must be comfortable working at heights
