Job Summary:

Duties:
- Perform a variety of cosmetology services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, and color treatments
- Utilize expertise in barbering and straight razor techniques for precise grooming
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and incorporate innovative techniques into services
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Mentor junior cosmetologists to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field
- Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
Experience:
- Certification in Cosmetology or a related field is required
- Proficiency in a wide range of cosmetology services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, and color theory
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in mentoring or training other cosmetologists is advantageous
- Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus
