Job Summary:
Join our team as a talented Makeup Artist to bring out the beauty in our clients. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional makeup services, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring a memorable experience at our beauty studio.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional makeup applications tailored to clients' preferences and occasions
- Apply makeup techniques including contouring, highlighting, and color correction
- Stay updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Collaborate with photographers for photo shoots and special events
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to create harmonious makeup looks
- Offer retail sales of makeup products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup tools and work areas
Experience:
- Certification in Cosmetology or a related field is required
- Proficiency in makeup application for various skin types and tones
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Experience in hair styling is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of hair threading is beneficial
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage
