Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a VP, Retail.

How Do You Fit In?

As the VP, Retail at Savage X Fenty, you will be responsible for planning, management and execution of Savage X Fenty’s retail business. The VP, Retail will build, launch and maintain a high performing retail sales operation that meets or exceeds sales goals. We are looking for a highly innovative VP of Retail to develop and scale our retail experience to drive customer acquisition opportunities while continuing to enhance acquisition and maintain our robust existing customer base.

This position will report to the CEO.

What You Will Do

  • Drive strategy for Savage X Fenty retail in partnership with Savage X Fenty leadership team, JV partner, and TechStyle Executives.
  • Develop, launch and oversee the roll out of the brand’s retail stores.
  • Own the execution of real estate initiatives including store opening, expansion, relocation and closing processes.
  • Act as primary liaison between HQ departments and stores to ensure that all information is cascaded in a timely, consistent and brand-centric manner.
  • Achieve sales, profit & acquisition objectives. Monitor sales analytics and extract knowledge from the data.
  • Design & oversee sales incentive/bonus programs with goals aligned to strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the development of effective retail training to support Savage X Fenty’s products, services, operations, and community across all stores.
  • Mentor, develop and lead the Retail team by defining team strategy and project plans to execute initiatives.
  • Align with HR & Retail Operations team to support training tools and new hire on-boarding process to enhance customer experience and increase store productivity.
  • Grow and retain retail talent, hiring high performing and passionate retail employees, improving how they are developed, and guiding the field management in best methods for this.
  • Regularly collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People Team to ensure product, service, and people are meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

What You Can Bring

  • 15 years of retail and operational experience, specifically in retail field operations, workforce management and communications.
  • A proven ability to define and inspire others to achieve corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Track record of establishing & fostering positive & productive work relationships. Ability & willingness to give & receive honest, balanced feedback. Demonstrates competence & character that generates & inspires trust.
  • Travel as needed to store locations nationwide for openings, special events, store visits, training, new location scouting and whenever necessary to achieve goals.

The annual salary for this position is from $214,000- $250,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
