Here is what you will be doing:
Operate or move equipment around the yard and shop
Help maintain inventory of supplies and/or shop equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
Perform job safety analyses (JSA's) and safety meetings
Attend communication meetings and safety training as scheduled
Requirements of a successful Oil Field Laborer:
High School or GED
Read, write, speak and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions
Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
Environmental awareness
Visual Thread Inspection certification a plus
Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:
Work in adverse conditions (heat and cold)
Handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment
Climb on and off the equipment
Extended hours if needed; This includes evenings and weekends
