Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Retail Product Xpert at our Lennox Square Mall in Atlanta, GA!
How Do You Fit In?
As a Full Time Retail Product Advisor you are tasked with maintaining ownership of inventory controls to help elevate our best-in-class service experience! In supporting our retail stores you will make a direct impact in the receiving, maintenance and upkeep of product from back of house to sales floor. You are passionate about creating and maintaining systems that support overall inventory management that positively impact the customer journey. You will be integral in helping to build a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both the store team and the Savage X Fenty customer.

Responsibilities :
- Partner with Store Leader to develop and maintain inventory management processes.
- Maintain ownership of inventory controls by accurately receiving / transferring product, leading inventory counts and back of house organization.
- Partner with VM and Product Supervisor to continuously adapt back of house spaces and systems to support floor updates.
- Support floor restocking standards by training store teams to properly execute and maintain established systems.
- Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos resulting in a culture that is welcoming to a diverse array of customers.
- Actively engage our guests and VIP members by providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
- Stay well informed and knowledgeable on XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions and benefits.
- Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to successfully achieve store performance targets.
- Engage in providing store leadership team with feedback to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
- Strive for excellence by actively improving upon day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
