As a Customer Service Representative for Saval Foodservice, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and taking orders accurately; processing credits/refunds; answering customer inquiries/complaints by both phone and Internet; and developing a partnership with our Outside Sales Reps to grow customer accounts & perform as a team to meet company goals.
You will also assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
