Savan is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, 3-month contract to support our Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, this role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, with a focus on government contracting roles in Technology, Data, Project Management, Records Management, and Privacy. Additionally, this role will manage a high requisition load of contingent hiring and develop talent pipelines for proposal efforts.

Role Responsibilities
- Independently lead end-to-end recruiting efforts in a high-volume environment, managing 20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Drive sourcing, screening, and interview efforts, ensuring a structured and efficient process to identify top talent.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate tracking, and applicant workflow in applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, ensuring alignment with current and future staffing needs.
- Enhance candidate engagement by delivering a high-quality recruitment experience, fostering clear communication and a seamless process.
- Draft, negotiate, and extend competitive job offers in collaboration with the Director of Talent Management and HR.
- Support new hire preboarding, including security paperwork processing and coordination with hiring managers and HR.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter to streamline recruiting operations.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing strategies, including job postings, employer branding, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Provide recruitment reports and lead weekly meetings, tracking pipeline progress and addressing hiring challenges.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for contingent roles, supporting government proposal efforts and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring best practices, and government contracting regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve recruiting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting.
- Proven ability to manage 20 requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR or a similar ATS) and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship required
