The Opportunity
As a Medical Administrative Assistant on our Team you will play a key role in making every patient visit the highlight of their week, handling patient clinical questions and managing new patient inquiries to the clinic. You will be the first person a patient meets when they come through the door and the last person, they say goodbye to.

What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Schedule new and existing patient visits with the care team.
- Create and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Field new patient inquiries and manage communication all the way through to their initial appointment. Maintain an accurate log of prospective patients and where they are in the process of becoming a patient.
Must-haves in a Candidate
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have in a Candidate
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of bio-identical hormone principles is a plus.
- An interest in preventative medicine.
