What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Team Associate position at Savannah Dental?
Answer & make calls to patients to address their needs or issues regarding Savannah Dental.
• Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, engage in active listening, explain possible solutions, &
ensure that patients feel supported & valued.
o Note all important details of conversation in notes.
• Fill out Pink Sheets thoroughly when talking to new patients/leads & track in spreadsheet.
• Call patients to confirm their appointments 3 days out.
o Utilize all communication platforms available (call, email, Weave) until patients can be
reached.
• Call patients that are due for cleanings, make notes for tracking & follow up.
• Make calls off of Recall
• Fill hygiene openings.
• Check messages before breaks/leaving & call back all patients
• Follow Tower scripts & tools to provide the best communication and customer service.
• Follow up on Simplifye
• Participate in training & other learning opportunities to expand knowledge & skills.
• Adhere to all company policies & procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Call Center Lead
