Job Summary: Intern

The Intern will spend the summer gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of logistics while contributing meaningful projects within our organization.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Input and process shipping data correctly to maintain communication in the supply chain.
• Manage daily 3PL shipping activities.
• Communicate location updates and ETAs with Customer Service Team.
• Create carrier base by onboarding and vetting carrier companies.
• Collaborate with Operations Team to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and optimize transportation routes.
• Provide assistance to Customer Service Team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education And Experience

• Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
