Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Hosts and Food Runners to join our dynamic team in a country club environment. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by communicating guest needs and preferences to enhance the dining experience.
- Greeting and seating members and their guest in a friendly and personal manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared correctly and meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
