Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking an End Stream Delivery (ESD) Work Window Coordinator to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).

The ESD Work Window Coordinator plans, coordinates, and executes an Integrated schedule of Operations, Maintenance and Construction activities associated with “Work Windows” within assigned facility Work Management Center (WMC). Applies basic knowledge of operating facility processes, systems and related maintenance activities to organize, schedule, plan, and oversee the execution of work within designated workweek.
- Coordinates all facility work activities scheduled during designated workweek.
- Leads activities within a framework of formal disciplined operations and post job/work window assessments.
- May direct the work of both exempt and nonexempt employees in a non-supervisory role.
- Communicates and follows through on continuous improvement opportunities.

Develops, implements, and oversees assigned work activity schedule. Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating initial “task level schedules”
- Assisting in creation of resource loaded schedules
- Monitoring restraints and making corrections
- Driving scheduled tasks
- Ensuring rolling week schedule is ready for work prior to execution
- Verifying task readiness
- Resolving schedule conflicts and proposing solutions
- Managing work schedule interface
- Coordinating outside support work schedules within responsible facility
- Works closely with facility Operations to ensure scheduled priorities are clearly understood in the Work Management Center (WMC).
- Ensures that work packages are “ready to work” (by electronic verification of package and requisition parts status, and verifying supporting documents and permits are approved) prior to the execution week. Utilizes and manipulates a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking schedule activities.
- Effectively delivers written and oral information in a clear, concise, timely, accurate and efficient manner. Conducts weekly status meetings to report on previous week’s work activities and provides regular schedule updates to facility management.
- Analyzes and develops assessment which is presented to work group.
- Receives data detailing work activity additions, actions not completed, and lessons learned.
- Other tasks as assigned.
High School Diploma/GED and relevant experience in one or more of the following; E&I, Mechanical Maintenance, Operations or related as defined in the job description.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- DOE or similar government site experience.
- Knowledgeable of work control processes, standards and polices.
- Proficient in Primavera PM, Puridiom, Program Reporting Tool, Asset Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software applications.
- Working knowledge of typical maintenance activities, including duration and facility impact and the ability to incorporate this data.
- Capable of comprehending and interpreting various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings and schematics.
- Must have a high level of understanding regarding the facility Authorization Basis such that AB impacts can be properly identified and integrated into the WW schedule.
- Eligible to receive a government issued security clearance level “L” as required
Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, is responsible for managing the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site’s Liquid Waste operations contract. Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor.
