Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a IT/OT Project Manager/Program Facilitator (Associate to Senior) to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).
The IT/OT Project Manager/Program Facilitator manages the Information and Operational Technology (IT/OT) ongoing innovation initiatives, project work streams, program development and serves as liaison between IT/OT programs teams, project management, project team, and line management to expedite the execution of work.

The IT/OT Project Manager/Program Facilitator manages the Information and Operational Technology (IT/OT) ongoing innovation initiatives, project work streams, program development and serves as liaison between IT/OT programs teams, project management, project team, and line management to expedite the execution of work.
- Lead and manage agile and waterfall software development and IT/OT projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement and maintain agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to keep the team productive.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agile practices.
- Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical people.

To qualify at the Associate Project Manager/Program Facilitator level
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; OR
- High school diploma/GED with relevant practical experience in project coordination, leadership and/or facilitation
- High school diploma/GED or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with substantive experience in project coordination, leadership and/or facilitation
- Success in leveraging both traditional practices (waterfall), as well as emerging methods (e.g., Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.) that are optimized for agility.
- Experience managing and integrating IT/OT products for large-scale complex project.
- Experience implementing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions that include software/hardware components or sensors.
- Working knowledge of data and information security in such as DoD, DOE or NNSA environment a plus.
- Ability to understand and interpret various program and project phases and attributes.
- Conceptual understanding of facility processes, systems and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of project and program scheduling and cost tracking
- Knowledge of schedules and schedule integration including support resources required to accomplish tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
