Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment to ensure optimal results.
- Buff and maintain floors to enhance their appearance and longevity.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets and floors to identify areas needing special attention.
- Provide custodial services as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any recommendations for future care.
Skills
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Experience with using truckmount machines such as Sapphire, HydraMaster , etc
- Knowledge of environmental services practices to promote eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
