The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $73,000-$106,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.

The Client Services Manager can expect to focus in the following areas:
- Ensure CSR team procedures are created, maintained and updated as needed.
- Draft, execute and lead the Client Service Team’s Annual Goals and Objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Client Services Team and other members of the Executive team when necessary
- Lead the training, development and oversight of the Client Service Team Representatives and the Client Services Team Leaders. Including training, recruiting, development, hiring, termination, promotion, discipline and ongoing oversight.
- Support M&A integration within the CSR team
- Remain current on regulatory, custodial, company and industry policies, procedures and practices to effectively train, coach and manage the consistent implementation with direct reports.
- Maintain, support and effectively manage agreed upon CSR/Advisory client relationships by providing first line of client contact with new and existing client relationships, trouble shooting problems, scheduling and organizing meetings and serving as a liaison between advisors and clients as needed.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team members.
- Serve as a partner to the Director of Client Services
- Act as liaison for outside custodians and third party vendors when necessary.
- Maintain team approach by assisting and filling in for others.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- This position is based in our Birmingham, AL office. You must be able to work in-person, Monday-Friday. You can expect to travel to other offices once or twice a quarter. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM CST.
- Four Year College Degree desired
- Must have passed Paraplanner, or other investment related designations
- 5-7 years proven success in an administrative support function in a financial or investment environment
- At least 3 years proven success leading and developing a team
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software, Internet
- Must be organized and detail-oriented and effectively apply critical thinking skills
- Must possess a consistent positive attitude
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others effectively
- Ability and desire to train and mentor others to achieve success
- Client first attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict and apply grace under pressure
- Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others in a positive fashion
