What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Oracle Technical Support position at Savantage?
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our Oracle Technology support team. In this role, you will provide critical support for Oracle APEX applications in a production environment, ensuring system stability and optimal performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert guidance and support for implementing and troubleshooting Oracle APEX features.
- Assist in building and maintaining complex APEX applications to efficiently track data, processes, and interfaces.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of database schemas, stored procedures, and functions, ensuring the overall health and performance of data sources.
- Review requirements documentation for accuracy and feasibility, providing support in identifying and rectifying errors during system testing.
- Facilitate application and database support throughout the Agile lifecycle, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to address issues effectively.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences while translating functional needs into technical solutions.
- Actively participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and project coordination activities.

80k - $125k (based on the National Capital Region)
