Savantage Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our professional services team to be a point of contact to senior government stakeholders on overall program / contract execution and all contractual activities related to performance, cost, and schedule. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Information Technology (IT) management professional who has demonstrated strong client-centric service, has exceptional client relations expertise, advanced technical knowledge, and strong business acumen to successfully lead assigned government business teams. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Infrastructure / Technology Upgrades, and Cloud Migration Projects particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Technical point of contact with client to gather information for project initiatives and provide input into strategic discussions for recommendations and communication strategies to help ensure client objectives are met while strategies / communications align with both client and corporate objectives to achieve desired results.
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, security, and risk for client-related activities and projects.
- Manage estimates, reports, and data analysis in response to client requests for information to support their technology needs.
- Drive quality of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Lead multiple IT sections / teams with multiple service areas and sub-teams, which are directly supervised and / or supported by other managers and / or team leads.
- Ensure contract personnel are proficient in the use of management tools for action item tracking, deliverable production, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Prepare, review, and / or approve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and deliverables.
- Ensure implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices across technical teams.
