Savard is hiring Class A or B CDL Drivers for work in the Baton Rouge, LA area for Job #9245
Job Scope / Duties :
- Drive truck under loading hopper to receive sand-gravel, cement and water to starts mixer.
- Drive truck to different construction location for unloading
- Moves levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheel barrow other conveying container or directly into are to be poured with concrete
- Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer on truck using water hoes and hoe
- May spray surface of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete.
Work Experience Required :
Must have Class B CDL (or Class A)
Must have at least 3 months experience using CDL
Must have at least 3 months experience operating Mixer Trucks
Must be able to drive a manual transmission WITHOUT restrictions
Must have clean MVR
Must pass DOT drug screen and Background check
