- Job Scope / Duties : The Assistant Project Manager’s role is to assist with the planning, time keeping, budgeting and organization of the day to day operations, as well as any other responsibilities that the Project Manager sees fit. Such as :
Ensuring that required documentation and project data is filed and submitted in a timely mannerGathering time sheets for 40 on site employees and processing time sheets Creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects Developing pre-construction packagesConducting project meetings, and setting milestones and formulating weekly reportsPerforming project scheduling; ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logisticsManaging the close out process Maintaining professional relationship with all subcontract, management and construction personnel at all times
Work history experience / Requirements : Must have a Minimum 2 years of assistant project management experienceMust have strong background in construction Must have excellent verbal and time management skillsMust be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Must be able to pass a 10 panel Drug screenMust be able to pass a 7 year backgroundMust have a valid driver licenseSite specifics as required for plant
