SAVARD is currently seeking an experienced Hydro Excavation Assistant in the Hernando, MS area for Job # 20527
Job Scope / Duties : Assist the
Assist the
Hydro Excavation Operator is to perform debris removal, slot trenching, daylighting, and digging. Set up and inspect grounding and / or bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation.
Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
Ensure all Hydro truck equipment and components are always in good working conditions.
Works in varying weather conditions and work environments including dusty, wet, loud noises, etc.
Keep company vehicle clean and orderly, informing management of any safety concerns or vehicle problems.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Perform any other general duties as specified.
Work Experience required :
Minimum 3 months of experience as an Hydro excavator assistant
Requirements : Valid DL
Valid DL
Must pass 5 panel drug screen
Alliance Basic Plus- Preferred but not needed
Clean driving record - MVR (client will run MVR)
Shift / Hours :
Monday- Friday 7am - 5 pm with hr for lunch (hours may change depending on Job)
Some Weekends TBD
Some out of town TBD
Pay : $15 / hr
$15 / hr
50 hours a week
Up to $820 w / 50 hrs weekly
