Maintenance Mechanic $26.00-$28.50 DOE,Up To $1995.00 Weekly with 60 hours

Key Requirements :
- Repairs and adjust conveyor systems, using hand tools. Installs belts in machinery,tightens bolts, adjusts tension rolls, straightens parts, aligns rollers and replaces defective parts.
May also install , dismantle, or move machinery and heavy equipment if needed.
Processing orders in a safe and efficient manner and operating light industrial equipment
Communicating with supervisor regarding assigned orders, scheduling, and other production issues
Ensuring timely shipping of belting product; receiving shipments in a timely manner and ensuring delivery to correct recipient
Maintaining shipping / receiving department with needed supplies
Processing and maintaining reports
Providing on-call assistance as required
Recognizing appropriate inventory usage and report low levels to supervisor, maintaining cycle counts log, and participating in once-a-year inventory
Job Experience
The person we are seeking must have worked in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years experience in equipment maintenance (mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic), fabrication (welding and machining), and general facility installation and repair.
Work history must include belt conveyors, screw conveyors, air compressors, pumps, burners, blowers, and a preventive maintenance program is required as these systems are critical components of our process.
A good working knowledge of electrical systems is also highly desired.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

2nd shift-3 : 00 - 11PM
