We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Manage accounts payable workflows.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Perform general accounting functions.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Three years of related accounts payable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job required.
- Knowledge of standard accounts payable procedures.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
