TITLE: RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR SITE COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: COGS
REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
This residential elevator site coordinator provides on-site project support, assists with material and site issues, coordinates with various departments, and ensures projects are ordered correctly and site conditions meet requirements.

TITLE: RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR SITE COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: COGS
REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
This residential elevator site coordinator provides on-site project support, assists with material and site issues, coordinates with various departments, and ensures projects are ordered correctly and site conditions meet requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contact the customer to arrange a site visit during the early stages of construction.
- Conduct and document all communication with customers during the project site-ready stage.
- Provide construction requirements to the customer.
- When available, match premade drawings of each unit to the site measurements.
- Inform the sales team when on-site conditions will not work with the original design.
- Be proactive on sites with multiple units to ensure new units have been ordered and are built correctly.
- Visit sites as often as possible to ensure they are ready.
- Confirm all sites are totally ready for efficient installation before handing the scheduling of installation over.
- Manage all projects to establish required revenues for the branch.
- The expectation is that all sites will be ready for a smooth and effective installation.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Have a background in basic construction.
- Have a basic understanding of project coordination.
- Basic knowledge of how to read construction drawings
- Proficient with a tape measure.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented and can work at speed and accuracy.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with employees at all levels of an organization.

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of construction experience preferred
- The employee must be able to work at heights of up to 50 feet.
- The ability to traverse many flights of stairs in a day.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
