Position Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Consultant in Illinois to drive the sales of elevators and lifts for both residential and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts, ensuring that sales targets and budgets are met. You will also be tasked with educating architects, contractors, and homeowners about the benefits of our elevators and lifts.

This is a Hybrid- remote position based in East Peoria, IL 61611.

Essential Duties and Requirements

  • Sell elevators and lifts for residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Generate and manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Meet with and educate architects, contractors, and homeowners on elevator and lift products.
  • Create and present accurate estimates and proposals to potential clients.
  • Represent Garaventa Lift at trade shows and industry events.

Mindset, Skills & Education

  • Energetic, eager, tenacious!
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or accessibility industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory with occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
