Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and passionate Professional Services & Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is integral in improving the customer experience and driving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be focused on fostering interdepartmental collaboration to ensure best-in-class customer outcomes from initial sales engagement through the entire client lifecycle. A key aspect of this role is to improve user adoption and increase usage of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success Leadership:
· Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives.
· Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
· Serve as a customer advocate, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Project Management:
· Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.
· Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Process Creation:
· Identify and implement best practices for onboarding and software deployment.
· Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Engagement:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
· Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Technical Expertise:
· Understand the technical aspects of our software solutions.
· Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Team Coordination:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support.
· Ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company goals.
Training and Support:
· Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the effective use of our software.
· Develop training materials and documentation.
· Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and increased usage.
Documentation:
· Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.
Client Feedback:
· Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and improve service delivery.
· Collaborate with product development teams to implement improvements based on client insights.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in project management, professional services, or a related role.
· Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
· Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
· PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
