Job Title: IT Expert
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ area to be considered)
Job Duties
- Design and execute advanced IT strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, including recruiting top-tier talent, implementing advanced training programs, and driving continuous improvement.
- Direct the architecture, implementation, and optimization of complex IT infrastructure, including enterprise-grade networks, servers, and databases.
- Oversee and ensure seamless operation of mission-critical applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Design and enforce robust IT security frameworks, integrating advanced technologies to mitigate threats and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and data privacy laws. Lead incident response and security audits with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee IT budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and value maximization. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, expertly negotiate contracts, and secure optimal outcomes for the organization.
- Architect and continuously enhance sophisticated disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks to safeguard critical operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery in the face of emergencies.
- Undertake additional executive-level responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility, expertise, and commitment to the organization’s success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required
- Master’s degree in related field strongly preferred
- 10 years of IT management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
